Describe your project in brief

Hassan stepped up in a pinch to help me get through some VERY frustrating technical issues I was facing as I was launching my new website. I was struggling with some hosting, security, and mail server set up issues, and Hassan was extremely responsive, experienced, and was able to solve all of the issues (and made some recommendations as well). He's courteous, professional, and patient. Hassan is my go-to person, which is invaluable as a new business owner.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, experience.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We do most of our communications in written form, which has worked just fine. I also would appreciate additional Zoom support at times (when screen sharing might be beneficial), but it's not a "must have". Hassan has excellent written communication, so it hasn't been a hindrance - just an enhancement.
