We could screen share which was very helpful. The time difference was the only issue but they worked with me.
Very responsive, very polite to work with, extremely helpful with any questions or concerns you may have and they get the job done.
The team was collaborative and listen to my concepts for the app and website than translated my ideas into actual working digital formats. The ability to work collaboratively is what makes this project a success.

What Users Like The Least

I really wanted to do some things on my own and using the word doc to communicate these things took way longer then teaching me how to do it.
There isn't a single thing I didn't like. Citytech is the best.
There was nothing I did not like about City Tech. I worked with City Tech on previous projects and have only been good experiences.

My experience was extremely positive, and the team was amazing!

My experience with City Tech Software was incredible. I researched other firms and City Tech met all of my requirements that is why I hired this firm. The team was patient, very collaborative, kind and creative. For me it is important to have collaboration and trust when working on a project. I knew that once my project was completed that I would continue working with this team and City Tech on the growth and maintenance of the app and website. My overall experience has been incredible!

CityTech asked for permissions on both sides and access to servers hosting, they said they did not have any issues and all went smoothly. Reviewing the new site, it looks like products are transferred well long with their images.

Not really any dislikes at this time, I'll dive in more on the products when I get the new online shop ready for live mode.

It was a hard job and SanJoy and his team succeeded with flying colors.

I had the joy of working with this Shopify team transferring my old website and upgrading it. SanJoy and his team work long hours and very hard. It was a difficult job and took time but was worth it to have a better site that represents our company better. I’m grateful they pushed me to get certain projects completed and I am grateful they were so patient with me for my lack of computer skills. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again..

There were so many details to complete, at times I was hesitant it was going to be completed.. but with their persistence it was and came out great. Excellent Fast Service

I requested a quote for a redesign of all pages on our website, which I was given.
I described what I wanted and gave examples and very quickly they came back with design options, which I was very pleased with. They had listened to the brief and the designs were great.
I gave feedback and requested a few alterations which were done quickly, and they resolved a number of issues for different sized screens, mobiles etc.
I wanted a little extra from the design so was given another quote for the additional time this would take, which was very reasonable. Again, this was all done speedily.
The service was superb and I'm very pleased with the work completed.

Mohammed is very patient in dealing with my many emails, coming back with solutions and resolving things quickly. The service is excellent, and the quality of their design work is second to none. I am happy to recommend them.

Highly effective and reliabable webshop programming

The project team has good skills in UX and programming. The cooperation has been very fruitful and reliable. The team provides pro-active ways for improvement and take over responsibilty for tasks that have been provided and agreed. All technical implementations have been in time and in budget.

Citytech took a leading role in the technical review and maintenance to improve the speed, visibilty and performance of the webshop. The navigation structure has been rebuilt and a mega menu installed. Multiple new landing pages have been estblished. New function and customer guidance has been established in the check-out process. The team of four people in programming and UX design have been very pro-active, effective, reliabable and supportive. The daily scrum calls are very useful und focussed.

Patience and dedication!

We tried to integrate our Shopify store and a Deliverect hub for our online wine boutique. Even if the attempt was not successful in the end, I was not because of Citytech but rather because of the limitations of the Deliverect system.
And although the task was hard to complete, the Citytech team always kept confident.

Simply the best

Citytech gets my highest recommendation. If I could give more than 5 stars they'd get it.

Hiring computer overseas computer techs online can be scary. At first I was a little reluctant, then I read the reviews and decided to hire CityTech to upgrade my E-commerce website. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Right from the beginning Ritwik and Mohammed were extremely professional. Quoting the scope of work and cost was in very impressive detail. In fact so much work went into the quote at that point I felt very confident this was going to be a positive experience.

I was quoted two weeks to complete the project, and it was completed right on time. No problems, no up charges. Citytech did exactly as promised, exactly as promised. There was no issues whatsoever.

If you're thinking of having Citytech do your work I can tell you, you won't be disappointed.

Very glad I responded to Citytech email

Excellent results and service for my first two “tasks”! Well-structured using Task2Bill, and provides direct email access to task-assigning-supervisor/customer-relationship-manager to assure satisfactory communication is maintained. Amazingly responsive, considering India is 13 hours ahead of my USA time zone. Hourly rates are only 20% of USA. My first task was very technical, involving the Payment Card Industry scan. My second task involved “fixes” to “presentation” on my site. I’ve got a list of future tasks which I’m now very confident will get accomplished, at a very reasonable cost. I needed a new support service for my website www.buyselldonothing.com because, after 6 years, my original developer went out of business Dec 2019.
