They paid close attention to every detail and brought a lot of creativity and technical know-how to the project. That's why the final website turned out so well.
They have strong experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js or Python. Additionally, they are proficient in API integrations and managing server-side logic for dynamic data display. Combined with a familiarity with Google Cloud services and secure key management coupled with knowledge in Webflow customization and JavaScript for frontend enhancements gave me some impressive results.
There were multiple barriers and aspects where the project initially had complexities and we had to arguably make amends as per technical expertise but the team made sure they had our needs met with their technical expertise and innovative approach which is highly impressive. Their ability to handle the project professionally and their commitment to delivering a high-quality application is appreciation-worthy.

My experience with the company was overall positive. They delivered a professional service and successfully developed the mobile app for our website. We have our website in WordPress and needed it to be integrated and managed with Flutter which was done by the team itself. They also handled the frontend and backend aspects of the application which made our work easier. The team was highly collaborative and responsible and we had a smooth sailing working with them. I appreciated their expertise and commitment to the project. However, there were some communication and clarity issues during the development phase.

Their ability to quickly pivot and implement change is impressive.

The team at Code24x7 has kept me informed of the product timeline throughout the entire process, and kept me up to date on any changes whether good or bad. They even completed several features ahead of schedule. We set a hard launch date a month or two in advance that they have honored and kept us on pace to meet.

When reporting issues or bugs to their development teams, they often have a fix or solution in place within 24-48 hours.

The project started with a two week strategy sprint to develop our idea for the product, into a platform with a clear identity and value proposition.

Once the idea for the platform (Gaido) was conceived, we conducted a competitive analysis, set of user interviews, created a low tech prototype, and lastly conducted usability tests over the course of a few weeks to better understand the industry landscape and what travelers want.

With the results from these tests, we honed the idea further and developed a GTM strategy and ideation for the MVP. We then engaged in design work over the next few months and mapped out the application and its initial prodcut features.

Lastly, was the development stage which lasted around 2 months. Through this time period, we have tested the product features we created and prepared for a soft launch, and a full release of the MVP (slated for July 2024). This included collaborating on product testing, bug fixes, and ideating on future product features.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I appreciate their responsiveness and the dedicated project managers who ensure constant communication and updates. Their ability to always be reachable and maintain a good back-and-forth dialogue has been crucial for figuring out the best approaches for the app's user experience and user interfaces.
