What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Oleg Sadikov and Dmitry Reznik founded the company with a vision to raise the bar for digital product quality, and establish a comprehensive QA services hub that would redefine standards in software testing. With grid and expertise, they successfully delivered results that exceeded client expectations, setting the stage for their burgeoning reputation in the industry.

We offer several models, depending heavily on the project, its current state, and other factors. Some of our popular models include managed testing services, QA outsourcing, and dedicated QA teams. Our operations rely exclusively on an in-house team, leveraging 15 years of QA expertise.

Could you share a notable success story or case study that exemplifies the impact your company has had on a client's business?
DeviQA has been a key quality assurance partner for Tipalti for over 12 years, since its early days. Our dedicated QA team works closely with Tipalti's in-house engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products through a robust testing process. Our collaborative effort has streamlined the development workflow, enabling Tipalti to release software updates 25 times a year. We have consistently met and exceeded client expectations, covering 100% of required test scenarios, delivering over 250 successful releases, and providing top-quality support for more than 5 integrations over our 14-year collaboration. Now Tipalty is a global payments giant with over 1000 employees and offices in Canada, UK, and Netherlands. The company was awarded IOFM “Game Changer” 2017, Paystream Advisors' “Innovative Payments Technology” 2018, and TrustRadius’ “Best of Finance Software for Accounts Payable” 2021. Moreover, in 2022 Tipalti was featured on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 lists for the fifth consecutive year. In the same year, it maintained 99% gross annual customer retention. We are proud to have played a crucial role in their journey from the very beginning.

We primarily work with industries such as healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, adtech, real estate, retail, media, and entertainment. We are proud to have a strong base of returning customers, with over 80% of our clients returning to us for additional projects. This high level of client loyalty speaks to the quality and consistency of our services, as well as our commitment to building lasting partnerships.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
At DeviQA, innovation is at the core of our strategy. We invest heavily in R&D, with a focus on integrating AI into our testing processes through our advanced AI-driven testing ecosystem. Depending on the model of cooperation.

There isn’t a strict requirement for the budget. Our focus is on bringing value to our clients, not solely on the budget.
