Our mission was to provide unique cultural and local experience for our guests. This lead to the problem of knowing exactly what each vistor wanted, though we tried but we never could get some visitors taste.
We then contacted Exato software to develop an AI which could help us get everyones taste from their preferences.
Exato Software team created exactly what we wanted and they even suggested adding a translator that helped the visitors understanding what the locals were saying most times.

What sets Exato team apart is how they were able to combine their technology with our very boutique hotel ethics, which are "welcoming warm hospitality, comfort and cultural diversity".
