What Users Like The Least

Honestly, it’s hard to pinpoint anything significant we didn’t like—Gapsy Studio exceeded our expectations across the board. If I had to nitpick, I’d say there were moments early on where we could’ve benefited from slightly more frequent status updates during the initial discovery phase. But once the project gained momentum, their communication was spot-on, and this minor hiccup didn’t detract from the stellar final product. They’ve set a high bar, and we’re already looking to collaborate!
While everything went smoothly, we would have preferred more frequent usability testing sessions during the early stages of wireframing to refine some user journeys before finalization.
We would have appreciated a bit more involvement in the content creation phase, but this was a minor point and did not impact the overall success of the project.

The project spanned 8 weeks. The first 3 weeks involved discovery, mood boards, and wireframes, while the remaining 5 weeks focused on refining the visual design, enhancing user experience, and ensuring responsiveness across all devices.

The project was well-managed, with all milestones being met on time. Gapsy Studio maintained open and timely communication and was responsive to our feedback throughout the process.
