High Digital was founded in 2017 and has entities in the UK, India, and Kenya. High Digital currently has 25 staff members working in an Agile framework, on a range of projects for clients as well as our own projects. High Digital is a software developer with expertise in data products. The team is small and the approach is collaborative.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
High Digital was founded by the project, design, and development team of a high-growth telecommunications company that was sold in 2017. The team stayed together and started working on an international trade analysis tool called Hanse Analytics along with other projects for clients in the data product and Marketing Tech space.
What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?
We are a small collaborative team dedicated to delivering effective data products and projects. Our culture is based on hard work, respect, and learning. We rely on good people working to clear objectives. with great communication to keep values aligned throughout the business.

In 2020 High Digital won Innovate UK funding to evolve Hanse Analytics to MVP from POC.
In 2021 High Digital’s client Kingpin Communications was acquired by The Marketing Practice in part because of the Argus Insights Platform built by High Digital.
In 2022 High Digital signed a contract with The Marketing Practice to support the Argus Insights Platform.
In 2023 High Digital signed an agreement to build an ESG reporting platform for Cold Solution’s East Africa operation.
In 2021 High Digital’s client Kingpin Communications was acquired by The Marketing Practice in part because of the Argus Insights Platform built by High Digital.

We have a dedicated in-house team of experts covering the full tech stack, data engineers, and UI/UX. We are also an AWS and Azure Partner (we pass on partnership savings to our clients).

The key to our business success so far has been our focus on delivering useful products and projects for our clients. Our collaborative, hands-on approach means that As long as we stick to our principles, in the next 10 years I expect organic growth will see us double in size.
