HiQality

HiQality has gone through every piece of our software and ensured that it's VPath compatible, allowing us to get the UI certified. This certificate is important because we send it out as part of our RFP responses and to other people who want to buy our product. That certificate was what we wanted and is what we've gotten. I expect to get the same result within the second half of 2024 for the software updates we've launched.

When going through the QA process, they provide daily updates detailing the status, which is very helpful. Whenever we have a change request, they're able to accommodate that within a couple of days, getting resources to test out additional UI features.

HiQality has stuck to our budget. Initially, they gave me an idea of the initial cost, as well as a 50% over top of that for the remediation testing. Thus, they've basically been right on budget. Basically, their team has kept the project on track and moved it forward.

HIQality delivered great work and was thorough in providing reports about the errors they found. The team was communicative and facilitated weekly check-ins with the company to ensure alignment. They were flexible and constantly communicated with the client, resulting in a successful engagement.

A separate company developed our MVP, so we hired HIQality to do QA testing. It’s an app for the web, iOS, and Android. HIQality defined our overall test strategies, created agile test cases, and executed API, web, and mobile tests. They also did device-specific testing on the top 10 Android and iOS devices. They then reported and validated defects. The dev team manages them, and they’ve delivered high-quality work throughout the engagement.

HIQAlity has documented the QA testing process and trained the client's QA resources on automation testing. HIQAlity team is competent and provides value to the project. The team has good project management skills, keeps the client updated about the project's progress, and is a great communicator.

We assigned their QA Automation Tester onto an existing team and managed their work deliverables similarly to how we manage our existing Dev/QA resource work deliverables. If things were ever off-track, we were kept in the loop by our existing Scrum framework and addressed gaps directly with resources. While we did not need to leverage this, HIQAlity also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

HIQAlity delivers high-quality solutions on time and works transparently throughout the partnership. The team is highly knowledgeable, and internal stakeholders are particularly impressed with the service provider's technical expertise and solutions-forward approach.
