Pre-Production:

Production Planning: Plan logistics, including location scouting, securing necessary permits, and production schedules.
Production:

Filming: Execute the filming of the video series in the studio that they helped scout, and assisting with all the business on the day i.e. directing / sound / filming / lighting / helping with make-up on the talent etc.
Audio/Voiceovers
Ensure that the day runs smoothly
Post-Production:

Editing & Post-Processing: Edit the video footage to create polished, professional-quality videos, incorporating branding elements, motion graphics, and transitions. Color grading and sound mixing to be included.
Review & Revisions: Provide drafts of each video for feedback and incorporate any revisions as per agreed-upon rounds of edits.

The team was prompt. For instance, I tried to come to the location early on the filming day with some coffee and snacks, but they showed up even earlier and were already set up by the time I showed up. They were wonderful to work with and created a positive environment for us.

Moreover, their teammates were open to feedback. My feedback had something to do with how our product was being shown or used, but they were experts in their respective fields. To communicate, we used emails and Zoom calls.

We initially discussed what we envisioned and what we wanted to emulate with our brand in terms of ad style. From there, our team and Infinity Animations had back-and-forth conversations around budget and deliverables. After agreeing on the project’s cost, we had another meeting to discuss the vision and specifics of the ads.

Their team put together a storyboard for us and created the messaging based on our directions. We locked in the plan and location and had some conversations about the talent. The filming day happened in April 2024, and it was a 12-hour day.

After the filming day, we wrapped up the set, and they did the edits. About three weeks later, they sent us some cuts to review. We saw the first edits, and they gave us two options for the ending. From there, we finalized the payment and paid our final bill. They sent the folder with the assets and everything we needed.

Consequently, we went through a back-and-forth process where we checked every aspect of the production, including selecting music and a voice narrator, for instance.

They made one-minute-long branded content commercials and three FAQ videos to help potential investors and general people to understand our business and what a business bond is so they could join us. We started by having initial meetings with their team to explain our needs, mainly focusing on our brand story and introducing it to the market.

After that, their staff copywriter wrote a preliminary script for the video based on the materials and info we gave them, which we collaboratively edited until we reached the final product. Consequently, we scouted locations and connected with the talent we wanted to have in the commercial.
