Our CMS is akin to having a Lego system. We fabricated its functionalities and boundaries, within which we help clients develop whatever system they need. That could be an e-commerce or internal payment system for a company. We make deployments for the pharmaceutical industry, and we implement the CMS to work as a web channel for SAP. TatvaSoft’s team implements features as per our requirements.

We utilize a host of web technologies, including Laravel PHP. We also use Java, and we have a MySQL database.

Prior to onboarding inoxoft, we brought in developers as we needed them, on a project-by-project basis. inoxoft created a Figma prototype that showed what the end product would look like. The model included all the pages from the homepage to the collection, contact, career, and customer support pages. Everything was functional, like an actual website.

They gave us the option to change the design later. After the Figma prototype, we finalized the design, development, and testing.

Their project manager set things up for us, which was very helpful. He attended calls alongside the developers and would split up tasks between team members using Asana. He introduced us to agile methodology and helped us set up a Kanban board to track the progress of each project. This way, he helped us set up these chunks of work that needed to be done. He was a core part of the team.

The project manager was always in communication with us. We would go back and forth to better understand how to work with them. So we met with them three times a week to share status updates and questions, assign tasks, and review any blockers. To sum it up, we used Slack and Zoom to communicate. This would be a really high-level overview of the process.

Challenge: Our daily navigation patterns are influenced by numerous external factors such as the traffic jams, geological specificity, and proximity to the point of arrival. An application had to take all factors into consideration in order to build a believable movement pattern. Sometimes people are short of time and take a bus or a taxi to get to the point of destination. Meanwhile, in less occupied times, he/she can have a short walk. The things go differently when a person needs to make a long way to a point B: here one can take different kinds of transport such as a taxi, a ferry, a bus, drive a private car, or just walk on foot. Another aspect requiring a further consideration is that people leave the house with a purpose spending different time periods in each premise. An application had to create a believable route with a logical sequence of geolocations visited by the person.The number of the visited routes within one city is limited. Google has an API that tracks up to 25 geolocations and the application required a larger number of points tracked by the program. When it comes to making a route, the proximity becomes a dubious aspect. For instance, the algorithm says that the distance from point A to point B is 200 meters but there is a river and a bridge so the person has to make a short en-route to get to the point B. Thus, the application had to read the map and take into account each geological peculiarity.

The process of database enlarging directly influences the increase of emotion analysis accuracy that is why the platform had to be intuitive in use.

 Additionally, during a visit to a trading point, the forwarding agent had to check whether the marketing agreements were followed by the shop merchandisers. The forwarding agents administrator needed to have approach to the invoices and reports from each shop in order to set up the challenges and personal tasks for each forwarding agent. The application had to be easy to manipulate since the administrator had to add and delete the users to and from the system.

Results: As a result, the client received an application that met the initial demands. The main requirement - to decrease the logistic expenses was met. In effect, the application gained a great load of useful features:
