we began receiving complaints from customers who were struggling to browse the website. The menu, which was supposed to streamline navigation, instead became a major point of frustration.
On mobile, we replaced the problematic hover-based menu with a simpler collapsible version that was more stable and user-friendly. Extensive testing was conducted across different devices and browsers to ensure a consistent experience.

After implementing these fixes, the website’s navigation improved dramatically. Customers could easily browse categories without glitches, and the mobile experience became smoother, preventing crashes and performance slowdowns

We commissioned ITGeeks to build a brand new website for Synergy Pickleball, featuring our entire lineup of paddles and gear. We also had them build a custom and unique subscription program that had lots of layers and was not standard to what out of the box apps could provide. ITGeeks were able to use their own custom subscription app to build this program for us, and ensure all those important variables of the program were accounted for. This took some time, but once it was done, it worked as we had hoped! We could not have launched this one of a kind Pickleball Subscriptions without their help!

The ITGeeks are always so easy to work with and I know I'm going to get exactly what I asked for. We needed some custom coding done to allow our Shopify store to show more than one variant per product. Overall, I am happy with my experience, timeline and attention to detail from IT-Geeks.

Overall, we had a good experience with IT-Geeks. Tom was great with communicating to make sure everything the team was doing was done properly. If there were any issues, Tom was sure to get them fixed right away. There were specific issues we were having with our website that we wanted to fix/change such as the way product descriptions are entered and displayed and It-Geeks gave us a solution to our problem. It is now much easier to enter descriptions the new way they did it. They also made sure to provide us with tutorial videos on how to do everything so that we can do it ourselves in the future when it comes to uploading new products when we get new collections.
