Their work on the document management system was particularly impressive. It allows users to upload, list, and present documents on the frontend with extensive search and filter capabilities. For our pricing model tool, JetSoftPro helped load data and provided mechanisms to tweak and update it, resulting in clear, actionable results. Both systems utilized .NET Core for the backend, with the document management system using Angular for the frontend and the pricing tool using ReactJS.
JetSoftPro also demonstrated their prowess in the DevOps space, developing a system for Docker containers and maintaining a continuous build and deployment process within our cloud environment. They seamlessly integrated each platform with third-party APIs, external vendors, and clients. The team size varied with our workload, but we always had a project manager and two to five additional representatives to meet our needs.

JetSoftPro initially performed a smaller job for us as part of an evaluation through Upwork. I was so impressed with their work that I started requesting more and more jobs through them. They primarily provide Xamarin support, implementing new and complex features for our mobile apps, and they also work on various Laravel projects.
One notable project was the implementation of features in a work safety app. They added a new camera feature that allowed for overlays of prompters for the user, recording timestamps, and the ability to pause and resume recording. This functionality significantly improved the app's usability and effectiveness.
JetSoftPro has become our go-to company for outsourcing overflow work. Their value lies in their ability to question project requirements and suggest better ways to achieve the desired outcome. This proactive approach has consistently led to superior results.

Previously, our project managers were doing too much iconography, and we desperately needed a professional touch.

Managed complex product requirements to deliver a successful platform with an impressive success rate.
We needed a solution for our network of inspectors across the country to conduct business inspections and valuations remotely via video call. JetSoftPro developed a progressive web app that allowed us to control a person’s camera remotely, using WebRTC technology. This web app didn't require downloading and enabled us to capture photos and receive content remotely, leveraging individuals' cell phones.
Throughout the project, we interacted with about ten people from JetSoftPro, including project managers and developers. While there were some transitions in the team, JetSoftPro efficiently filled positions with new hires. We chose JetSoftPro because they offered the best combination of price and expertise among six bidders.
JetSoftPro began their work in June 2019 and completed the project in January 2020, though we have additional projects for them. Given the complexity of the project, with numerous variables such as web browsers, cell phones, internet connections, and operating systems, we aimed for a success rate above 93%. The project kicked off with a four-day meeting to discuss all project details, from UX/UI to architecture setup. This included workshops about the business model, exponential organizations, and more. The highly collaborative meeting allowed us to test the team and challenge them to bring ideas, which they did effectively and quickly. JetSoftPro took our overall idea and, in collaboration with us, created a feature workflow, UX/UI designs, backend architecture, and defined all technical requirements. They also suggested additional features and developed the product in all its aspects.
Though it is too early to share specific metrics, what we have demonstrated to our shareholders, investors, and advisors has received high levels of appreciation and generated additional interest from our network.

I came to JetSoftPro with an idea and an incomplete app. They provided invaluable advice from the beginning, fixing bugs and offering optimization suggestions. Ultimately, we had to rewrite the code from scratch. They’ve made the app so user-friendly that a teacher or parent can create a classroom or household setup where children receive salaries and pay bills.
The quality of their work has been unbelievable. The app is easy to work with and upgrade thanks to JetSoftPro’s high-quality code. Even my developer friends have commented on how easy it is to read and work with the code, which simplifies identifying and fixing bugs.
We had weekly calls on Skype, and they were super helpful. As the project progressed, I would send them bugs and mockups for new features. Other times, they’d come back to me with their suggestions. They’ve been upfront with any issues that arise, providing context to the rare times they go over budget.

There’s always going to be ups and downs in any project, but even when things didn’t go according to plan, JetSoftPro was very upfront about it and didn’t try to hide anything. We had to switch project managers at one point, but the transition was seamless. We had a Skype call with both the incoming and outgoing project managers to ensure everything went smoothly.

We turn to JetSoftPro for especially difficult development issues. They always have the expertise required to solve any issue we run into. They are particularly useful when navigating DevOps environments, as they are skilled in every pipeline tool with which we have been confronted, from version control all the way to production orchestration.
This project accomplished many objectives. The original code in a PHP application was poorly written and needed to be refactored and optimized. We needed somebody who could make sense of the code and update it in preparation for provisioning additional instances for new clients in a new environment.
JetSoftPro was able to organize a team perfectly matched to the project. As unexpected needs arose, they were able to grow the team to add the specific talent required to resolve the issues. They were quickly able to reproduce an environment for development, establish a code repository, and begin working on functional code. Software versions were out of date, so we updated them. Security was outdated, so we hardened the environment. Though our original focus was on development, JetSoftPro was able to modernize and automate the entire process into a DevOps pipeline, which dramatically improved the software modification process. This has made ongoing development and maintenance much better as well.
I had the privilege of meeting the executives of JetSoftPro many years ago while visiting Lviv, Ukraine. I kept in contact with the CEO (Serhiy) as their organization grew. I have called upon JetSoftPro for smaller projects, and when I was tasked with finding a solution to this development task, I was fully confident that they were equal to the task. I was able to request that some of the previous developers I had worked with also work on this project, and they were able to accommodate my request.
Every project with JetSoftPro always starts with a SCRUM Master/Project Leader whose primary task is to help define the project and build the SCRUM Team. This project was larger in scope than the others we have done in the past, so there were more team members. We had Developers and Operations on the team. When required, our team was able to call upon additional team members for expertise needed for specific tasks. There was always accountability for the hours consumed with a breakdown of tasks associated with the hours worked by each team member.

Their responsiveness to every single thing I needed. It's as if they've all been internally trained to find solutions and to minimize complications for their clients. Even though English is not the primary language of Ukraine, I was very impressed with the language competency of everybody with whom I worked. There was never a language barrier, which is rare. For context, I have worked with several organizations prior to JetSoftPro in five non-English-speaking countries, and JetSoftPro was, by far, the best at clear and effective communication in English.

What is the story behind starting this company?
Before JetSoftPro, I worked with the largest tech companies in Ukraine, holding C-level positions at SoftServe and ELEKS. Over the course of 30+ years, as a seasoned professional, I was a participant in shaping the software development industry and eventually saw a new opportunity because I realized that traditional outsourcing in the market was no longer sufficient. In the early days of the industry, we developed truly unique things, and clients ordered outsourcing for the sake of talent. Later, software development became an attractive industry, and the number of programmers trained superficially but capable of performing tasks in specific frameworks or tools increased.
As a result, development standards were established, and now 70% of the code written by people can be written by artificial intelligence. Over a decade ago, I realized that the technology sector was gradually losing its advantages, and it was time to create solutions to business problems rather than just writing code in an outstaff model.
