Working with Kadam team is a wonderful and blessing journey for us.
Not only because of their great skills but also Kadam accountabilities and sense of ownership of the project.

They also go the extra mile to understand more about the project and give suggestions or feedback to make the web/app better.

Timezone difference. It's not Kadam's weakness but I just stating our condition with Kadam. But in our case, this timezone difference is not a problem at all, thank you for Kadam understanding and cooperation, so we can manage to work together despite some different time zones we have in the project.

Kadam was a key resource in presenting and demoing the product to our stakeholders and to Product manager he did a good job
However, we had a hard time with a backend resource who wasn't really qualified enough to work on his tasks, we provided him with a feedback but it didn't work, and he left without giving a handover

Working with Kadam Technologies Pvt. Ltd was a pleasure. I handled all the graphics and interfaces and sent everything to them. Within three months, my application was available on the Android Market. Their accuracy and programming skills were top-notch, and communication was smooth through both Skype and email.
After this first positive experience, I collaborated with them again to release an application for the Mac App Store. Following the same process, I provided the necessary graphics, and within only two months, my application was approved by Apple and available in the Mac App Store. I am extremely satisfied with their work and plan to continue working with them in the future. When you find a trustworthy partner, it makes everything easier, saving time and money. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Create and build a proprietary Learning Management system that had differentiating features and admin controls. kadam created a "base" platform that was then duplicated and customized for multiple clients.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

An excellent group of designers and programmers. Importantly - they were very solution oriented. For example, if I requested a new functionality, they took the extra steps to make sure they understood the "why" behind the request and then proactively offered multiple solutions (at different cost and timing levels) to achieve. They detail the pros and cons of each suggestion and make sure that the solution fits our needs. This is a process I appreciate very much with this group.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They did a great job. It's sometimes a challenge working with a group that is 6-7 hours ahead of us (for example, if issues or client needs game up late in MY day, it was not reasonable to discuss until the next. Still, Kadam did a great job trying to minimize any negative effects of a wide time difference.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

The idea to start this Software Development Company was initiated by Kapil. Kapil (Also the director and CTO) and I wanted to work together and therefore we started our own venture, called, “Kadam,” the name of our school time friends group. It depends on the Project Audience Target. If client wants to develop an application and its targeted demographics audience are mainly using the Android devices then we suggest the client to develop Android mobile application first and vice-versa.

Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?

These things depend on many factors

Size of application in terms of features & functionality – If an app consist many functionalities & features then it should be developed in Android and iOS native platform.
If application size is small and medium then I would suggest going with React Native.
Audience Target: If the client wants to develop an application and its targeted demographics audience mainly uses Android devices then we suggest clients to develop Android mobile first.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?

Technologies: Firstly, after analyzing the requirement we decide which technology stack will be best.
Team: After selection of Technology stack we decide the number of resources to be allocated to a project.
Time: Finally, we calculate each resource time on a project.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Hourly Basis: Here we charge client on a bi-weekly basis i.e. The hours that have spent by the developer or project manager.
Fixed Price: It depends on Project duration.
If the project is of a very short duration like 1 week then we charge the client on task basis.
If the project is of long duration like more than 4 weeks then we will charge client on milestone basis

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Yes, $500 is the minimum requirement.
