Initially, kodevent built the alpha version of our first digital product, a web app, which we would launch into the market. After that, we finalized that phase and went into building the beta version of the product. Now, they’re our ongoing partner to continue iterating on our digital products. They provide a team that includes frontend, backend, DevOps, QA engineers, business analysts, a project manager, and a designer. They make up our entire engineering and design teams.

When I was hired, I was tasked with building digital products. We didn’t have a tech team, and we needed to build and launch the first set of digital products. As part of that, I went through a process to source an engineering vendor, and that's where Kodevent came in.

I’m most thankful for kodevent quality-to-price ratio. Their pricing is excellent, and we haven’t had to sacrifice the output quality for the price. With other companies, we could get really high-quality services, but they're crazy expensive.

No, there aren’t any areas they need to improve. In the beginning, their expertise was more in AWS. With us, they had to adapt to MS Azure, which was a bit of a challenge. However, they adapted quickly and learned what they had to learn. It hasn’t been an issue at all.

kodevent helped us with business intelligence consulting and custom software development. The team built a feature for a product we were setting for trade promotion. kodevent reported to my head of business intelligence (BI) and used Power BI for all the visualization and much of the backend work. kodevent created a visualization of all the trade investments the company was scheduling through the year and the return we’d get from those investments.
