Challenge 

The client's current HIS system in place has been developed on old technologies, and the code contains many errors, leading to frequent downtime and repeated mistakes. The client wishes to add an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system that will have to be integrated into their old HIS (Health Information System).

Our Solution 

Spiral Mantra started by auditing the current code in VB.NET of the HIS that the client has in place. The code was thoroughly audited and analyzed to make sure it can support scalability in the future. After the code audit, corrective measures were taken by our technology team to make sure the code was bug-free. Spiral Mantra suggested moving the code to .NET Core, which will be carried out in the next phase of the project.

The next step of the project involved developing an EMR system from scratch that can be integrated with the present HIS (Health Insurance System). Keeping in mind the scalability, Angular.js was used to create the front end, .NET Core for the backend, and AWS cloud was used for data. The EMR was integrated with the HIS and helped with billing, medication tracking, appointment management, and marketing.

Outcome 

The client continues to enjoy the newly developed EMR system for the day-to-day operations of their hospitals. The code audit and corrective measures helped in eliminating downtime of the HIS and EMR system, making it error-free and boosting operational efficiency.

The owner faced the complex challenge of introducing a calendar to schedule workouts with a measurement tracker to monitor user progress along with a fat calculator to track body composition. Apart from this, the client also wants to have a user admin panel allowing him to maintain his user's data along with different programs that they want to offer. 

Solution 

Spiral Mantra did a splendid job creating the mobile app with all the features and great UI that I asked for. The app Spiral Mantra developed is suitable for both beginners and professionals, offering my wealth of knowledge and resources to support my user's fitness journey. Additionally, they helped with features such as a calendar to schedule workouts, a measurements tracker to monitor my user progress, and a fat calculator to track body composition to help users track progress.

With the developed application, the client is now able to provide various benefits to its end-users, resulting in a 40% increase in their platform traffic, while offering resources to support their user's fitness journey. Challenge

The company faced the complex challenge of accurately predicting energy demand across various zones while accounting for weather sensibilities. This intricate task demanded innovative and predictive solutions to ensure efficient energy distribution and cost optimization while navigating the uncertainties.

Solution 

Starting with end-user data collection about demand from multiple sources and also accounting for climatic variations. Using Python and SQL to collect data, extracted every 15–20-minute interval. Simultaneously, the data was seamlessly integrated with the Weather API, NoSQL database, and SMTP dataset. Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop were leveraged for data processing. Transforming the data through Talend and loading the data on Delta Lake. Employing an ML model to accurately predict and analyze data to generate reports for decision-making.

Results 

With faster data access, consequently reducing the time required to obtain valuable insights. The Big Data Solution enabled the client to accurately forecast the electricity demand and save 20–30% on electricity distribution costs. The solution also helped the client meet customer demand and ensure customer retention. It optimized the electricity distribution across various cities and zones while accounting for varying weather conditions.

Challenge 

The client was functioning using a complicated network of servers, databases, and networking components, and manual configuration updates took up a significant amount of their IT team's time. A need for IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) implementation was identified.

Solution 

The client was currently using AWS and wanted to move to Azure. After a thorough as-is analysis, it was discovered that a robust IaC (Infrastructure as Code) needs to be implemented. The solution involved defining and controlling infrastructure configurations using code for automated provisioning, configuration, and scalability of infrastructure resources. Terraform was selected as a tool because of multi-cloud support. CI/CD pipelines were integrated into the IaC, allowing automated changes in the infrastructure. Load balancers were implemented to manage the workload of infrastructure.

Results 

The client enjoyed automation and high level of efficiency with elimination of any human error with no need of manual configuration. The firm could quickly scale its infrastructure up and down in response to varying workloads. IaC's ability to supply and deprovision resources on demand resulted in significant cost savings. Unused capabilities were automatically terminated to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Solution 

To overcome the barriers, we Integrated QR tags on the packaging that provide access to details on the farm, fishing technique, and product path. We also added articles on sustainability, cooking advice, and recipes to the app to inform and interest users. By integrating the app with a reliable order management system, we were able to automate correspondence and boost productivity.

Results 

The e-commerce company leveraged an increase in customer satisfaction rating by 90% by our integrations. We were also able to increase the online order to up to 200K and the subscription orders by 50%. The company generated increased revenue by the mobile application developed by Spiral Mantra. 

Since the user-collected data is authentic and solely from internal sources, the final product would be perfect for e-commerce industry customers.

Solution
Spiral Mantra developed a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence and can be integrated with the machine's hardware for real-time reports on the machine's screen. We solve the client's major concern by developing a feature-rich wearable application while making sure to focus on their key user's kayaking activity and fitness.
