What Users Like The Most

We were very satisfied with Techtiq Solutions' work overall, and we really liked their teammates' personalities as well. We really clicked on the personality side. Currently, our platform is only a web platform, but we also want to make it mobile. If we do so, we will have another project with Brew Interactive.
We were particularly impressed by their professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills. This made it easier to navigate the complexities of MVP development in the education sector. Thanks to Techtiq solution, we are now well-positioned to test our concept and gather feedback from our target audience effectively.
They have a great staffing model and were able to understand our issues. They were able to provide excellent staff members (developers, PMs, analysts) and not just bodies lacking key skills. When we had to replace a person they found just as good of a candidate to replace the person leaving.

What Users Like The Least

Nothing stood out as an area of improvement for them, which was good. If anything, it would be great if they were cheaper, but that would be cheap of us.
Nothing that Techtiq could do better, in my opinion. Although I was concerned that we would have issues, everything worked out well and our connection was beneficial to all of us.
We had some issues with our requirements not being captured and organized, and we had to scramble to find our copy and resupply them. Once we paid more attention to make sure we were providing everything we stopped having this issue.

Our system is now seamlessly running on the cloud, and we have noticed a decrease in the inspection interaction time from 20 seconds to four seconds. TechTIQ Solutions were flexible with reasonable changes in scope. Everything was delivered on time or within a reasonable delay due to scope changes.

They have a great staffing model and were able to understand our issues.

We had ancient existing systems that handled some of this, but they were limited in their functionality and expensive to maintain. We wanted to replace our internal system and that of a 3rd party vendor with a single system, which would reduce our complexity as well as maintenance.

We followed the agile methodology, with daily stand up meetings, two-week duration sprints with reviews of the application, requirements gathering and review meetings, and user involvement. The key deliverable was a single web application that provided all the functionality and could handle different user roles as well. Main technology was C# with a SQL Server database, plus integration of Azure AD to provide integrated single sign on.

We were able to completely sunset our old order entry system plus not renew a contract with a 3rd party that was giving us headaches. Our customers were able to quickly learn the new application, and we have received numerous accolades.

They were very accurate in timing and always aimed to complete their work within deadlines

From the beginning we prepared creative brief, to give TechTIQ the clear understanding what were expecting from the new web site. After that TechTIQ presented mockup and wireframes, We had ZOOM meetings every week and were discussing the sketches and frames they presented to us. They where open to our ideas and were flexible to add or exclude something from the wireframes. For better visualization they presented their work in Figma.

The tasks assignments were made in google sheets. After we, both sides agreed on wireframes TechTIQ started Frontend development ( Vue JS Framework (Vue 3 version)) and the last stage was Backend development (PHP (Laravel Framework)).

We haven’t launched the new site yet, therefore we can not share any measurable outcome. At the moment we are filling site with content and we still have very close collaboration with TechTIQ. Despite of they already have fulfilled all works written in contract they help when needed and answer on all our questions.

The main challenge of the website for which development Interior Drama hired TechTIQ Solutions was to develop lifestyle webpage. The old web page, developed also by TechTIQ Solutions is sales oriented. As the construction of the Building is over and 3 from 5 functions already are in operation, the main objective was to give people very clear information and show them what is happening in this huge complex and find easily for him suitable and interesting activities.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Professionalism, flexibility, good taste, customer orientation. they are not seeking of easy ways of problem solution. It was my first time working on a web site project and I was posing many annoying questions. But the project manager was explaining everything calm and with patience to me.

As I already mentioned I’m filling the web site with content, and it happens that some bugs appear. TechTIQ Solutions has shared a google sheet document with me where I am adding bugs or questions that I have. They are fixing bugs and answering questions in a short timing.

Not to go back to this ad nauseam, but their responsiveness is a big part of why I like working with them. I might send a text message or an email and get responses soon after. They’ll even respond on weekends sometimes if I’ve got a technical issue with my program. Besides that, they’re creative in thinking through ideas. The team iterates through future versions of what we could do or include, coming up with different ways to improve our app.

We were very satisfied with Techtiq Solutions' work.

Techtiq Solutions first looked at our current system screens and assessed what we wanted to achieve. From there, they created the entire UI/UX designs for our web platform. Throughout the process, they guided us through the design process and explained how users would react to the different design elements they created. For example, they explained that the color blue would convey trust.
Moreover, Techtiq Solutions helped us create the user flow. Given that I'm a finance person, and my partner is a developer, we didn't have the experience in user personas. Thus, Brew Interactive showed us the different customer journeys.
Through our platform, we show our customers their financial performance and some detailed information. Therefore, there's a lot of information on the screen when users use our platform. Nonetheless, Techtiq Solutions set up everything in a way that we could show only the important information for each user.

Engagement model: fixed price and on going support. Welio is a platform to help doctor establish remote consultant with patient, via video call, chat, sending messages.

Project Requirements:

Client approached us to help create a booking system for their new client. 3 deliverables are needed from this project: A QR code scanner app, a backend system to create multiple sites for ticket purchase and collection, and a landing page for ticket booking. And all these had to be accomplished within a span of 10 working days!

The legacy system has very complex (but unnecessary) authentication by using a lot of Microsoft Azure services.

Customer does not have an exact design, so there were a lot of change requests after the project has been 80% completed.
Hard to contact customer. He was too busy and cannot answer all of our questions.
The data files to import have different formatting.
