When we went live, the QR codes were generated by our servers; however, they were originally meant to be printed on a sticker. We found this situation to be difficult to resolve at the time. TecOrb suggested an intelligent way to resolve the issue and another way to feed the machine, recommending an online solution to generate the QR codes. TecOrb made all the required code changes and enhancements to the control panel in a swift time.

They designed our new website. I’m not a technical person, so I’m not sure I’d be able to provide more detail. We did give them copy to include in the new site. They did a fantastic job for us; our website traffic is up by 75% compared to last year. The polish and professionalism of the website reflect the quality of our company.
