The project’s primary goal was to test the functionality and usability of our recently developed healthcare software system to ensure that it meets our company's expectations. The testing was thorough and comprehensive, and we received regular updates on progress throughout the testing phase.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The communication between our teams was one of the things that, in my opinion, worked incredibly well. I liked that we could communicate with each other about any modifications or updates and that we could work cooperatively to identify and fix difficulties. I was also amazed by how meticulously the testing was done, and I was sure that we had put the software through its paces.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There were a few instances, though, where I believe there is space for development. One point is that the testing procedure experienced a few hiccups that annoyed us. Although I recognize that some of the problems were beyond your control, it would have been beneficial to get more frequent information on the testing's progress and any potential delays. We occasionally received reports that were vague or difficult to interpret as well, which made it difficult to prioritize and deal with problems.
