After refining our requirements, Vserve introduced us to three potential assistants, and we selected one after conducting interviews.

The assistant handled two initial projects—one was executed well but remained unused, while the other was inherently complex due to the transition between two project management systems. Despite the challenge, he performed diligently, but internal inefficiencies prevented us from maximizing the benefits of his work.

Shortly after completing these projects, our assistant had to step away due to personal reasons, and Vserve assigned a new representative.
