We don’t see their whole kitchen; we only see the results, and I like that
It’s not the type of application that's open to the general public, so traffic is not a good general indicator for us. We’re an enterprise software business so we only sell to people that are subscribed to our platform and can access it. The key indicator for me and the reason why I got them onboard was that I needed a specific project done with a definitive go-live date, which was this past week. Zamratech was very committed to my timeline and did a good job, even when it took ramping up from one to four developers. They found the resources to make it happen within my timeline while preserving a reasonable quality of work and a QA process. We did go live with that product a week ago. So far, it’s working.
What was the project name that you have worked with Zamratech?
UX/UI Design for Yabbr
What service was provided as part of the project?
Mobile App Development, Web Development
Describe your project in brief
We needed to bring a product to market in a short timeframe that we couldn't support internally right away. We looked to supplement and augment the team with developers from an outsourced firm.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their team could work harder on developing their own people to make them experts in their area. I believe that they make very good products and create very good value, but they can improve it by creating some community and start connecting companies.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Have a very good backend team on your side. You will need more power and the ability to approve Zamratech’s proposals. When you work with these kinds of creative companies, you’ll need someone who can approve their ideas.
