Working with Zillion Designs was a fantastic experience. They took the time to understand our brand, goals, and audience, translating that insight into a fresh, professional website design and a cohesive social media strategy. The new website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and fully optimized. The social media campaign they developed has not only increased our reach but also improved engagement with our target audience. I've actually used ZillionDesigns / Logo Design Guru several times to sometimes great results, and sometimes good results. They have a good selection of designers, but you must be sure to find and invite those whose work you like - this process is not easy and needs to be streamlined. Also, not everyone pays the exorbitant fees desired by Adobe, so there should be a way to "translate" files easily among different file types - adding Affinity and Corel would be very helpful. It is also sometimes difficult to review a design because they only allow the image to be a certain size, with no ability to zoom in to even just a portion of the design. The customer service can also be a bit perfunctory. But the few times I have needed help, I have been able to receive it with a day or two.

Also, be aware, there are cheaper options out there. So depending on the level of complexity of your need, you may be able to save money looking elsewhere. Example: I want a t-shirt design done. Their process to do this will be much more expensive than other competitors of theirs.

All those suggestions for improvement aside, I do recommend them for logo and stationery work. Overall, I have been very happy with their work for those things. I *do not* however, recommend them for any web work. I tried once and found the group impossible to work with and almost rude in my interactions with them.
